FROM KOLOLO TO CHICAGO!

We recently shipped Buna and Chico early this wek from the leafy suburb of Kololo in Kampala to Chicago where their mother had to drive 5 hour + to pick them up, which was a very important cog in the wheel. There was a sudden hiccup when a new regulation in Chicago required a specifically designated customs broker (not just an IPATA agent) to okay the shipment by contacting the airline before they could connect in Amsterdam. We had to work feverishly non-stop to deal with the hiccup and soon they were on their way arriving the next day at ORD airport. We thank our colleagues in the US at Petsfly.com who gave lots of assistance and made this possible. Buna and Chico are shown here both before departure at Vetluv and also upon arrival at Chicago reunited with their parents!
